Booking
At the time of booking, you will be asked for a deposit to secure your chosen dates. Deposits are non-refundable. Course registration paperwork will be sent out directly and on receipt of your completed registration documents and remittance as outlined below, your booking will be confirmed.
Course fees are requested in two parts, your deposit cheque which is banked immediately and secures your booking, and a post-dated cheque for the remainder of your course fee (dated the day of your first class) which is banked at the end of your first session.
Cancellation Policy for Courses
With the exception of single and half day specialist courses, if for any reason you do not wish to continue your course beyond the first session, you will be free to leave the course and your cheque for the outstanding course fee will be returned to you at the end of this session. The remainder of your course fees will be banked after the first session and beyond this point no further refunds will be available. Missed sessions can be scheduled privately on weekday evenings but will incur a private tuition fee for each private class booked.
